INNER CHILD HEALING!

A couple of years ago I started noticing, in my practice, that I was attracting client after client with issues from their past that they could not release. Most, if not all, had been in traditional psychotherapy and still had the issues. I started using Guided Imagery, NLP and Anchoring to relieve the 'symptoms'.

I was afraid of doing any 'inner child regression' then I had a client spontaneously regress back to the age of 8 years old and relive an event. While she was under I reframed this event. Then I had her become the adult to this child she was seeing. This allowed her to remove herself from actually experiencing the trauma again. Then I had my client begin to parent this inner child. Now, I had always heard of this work and was somewhat familiar with the technique, but the healing that came from this exercise was insurmountable.

Thus, began my journey into Inner Child healing. I have done it over the past year or so with many of my clients at some level. We ALL have an inner child that needs some healing. Some have an extremely damaged child and others just need to be more in control and release certain unpleasant memories. This work is transforming and permanent!

Also, I have been putting together a workshop over the past year that teachers other hypnotherapist how to do this amazing work. The workshop is based on several pioneers in this area...John Bradshaw, Lucia Capacchione, and Margaret Paul. If you are interested in receiving this training please contact me.
