"You can do anything once you set your mind to it!". With this philosophy Lisa Cefalu has built a thriving practice at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She specializes in helping her clients quit smoking in just one or two sessions, lose and maintain their weight, and release their fears and phobias. Lisa has had tremendous success assisting her clients in managing chronic pain and working with them to enhance their personal and professional relationships.
She uses a powerful combination of Therapeutic Hypnotherapy combined with NLP, Time Line Therapy and Therapeutic Guided Imagery to achieve amazing results with her clients.
Lisa also combines energy work through EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) balancing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to release negative energy trapped in the body such as anxiety or stress.
Last year Lisa was asked to join the faculty at HMI teaching Foundation Courses and Workshops. She also mentors students at the Resident College and through the Distance Education School working with students all around the world.
